The proof is Proxen AI (proxen.ai), our AI-powered business-management platform for construction and service companies. It handles the operational core of those businesses — leads, quoting, projects, expenses, and payroll — in one place, built with React, TypeScript, and Supabase, with mobile apps delivered through Capacitor from the same codebase. We designed it, built it, shipped it, and operate it. Every lesson from running our own product flows into the products we build for clients.
Fintech where the numbers have to be right
Financial software has a different failure mode: it can look fine while being wrong. Our answer is reconciliation-first engineering — the system continuously checks its own numbers against the external source of truth, so discrepancies surface as alerts, not as surprises in an audit.
We have applied that approach to banking-as-a-service platforms built on an open-source ledger core, and to real-time trading and market-data systems running on regulated US venues: live WebSocket feeds, accounting that ties out against the venue, and operational dashboards that show operators the true state of the system, not a flattering approximation. We describe this work in anonymized terms deliberately — discretion is part of the service.

Do you take over existing codebases?
Yes. We start with an audit — architecture, dependencies, deployment, and the risks that actually threaten the business — then propose a stabilization and delivery plan. No rewrite-everything reflex: we change the smallest thing that removes the biggest risk, and go from there.

Why do you talk about reconciliation so much?
Because in financial systems, the dashboard is not the truth — the ledger and the venue are. We build systems that continuously verify their own numbers against external sources, so a silent discrepancy becomes an alert instead of a loss discovered weeks later.
