The challenge

In hospitality, the website is the first walk-through. Guests decide in seconds, usually on a phone, usually while comparing a few open tabs. A property site that loads slowly or hides the essentials — where it is, what it looks like, how to get in touch — loses the guest to whichever tab loads next. Casa Linda Vista needed a site that presents the property at its best and turns interest into an inquiry without friction.

What we built

A Next.js website designed around the property’s imagery. Photography carries the story in hospitality, so images were the engineering priority: modern formats, responsive sizing, and lazy loading below the fold, which keeps pages fast even when they are full of pictures. The layout is mobile-first, because that is where guests actually browse.

The content is organized the way a guest thinks: what the property offers, what it looks like, where it is, and how to reach the hosts. Every section keeps the inquiry path visible, so the step from “this looks right” to “let’s ask about dates” is never more than a tap away. Under the surface, the site follows the same discipline as everything we ship — a modern stack, explicit image dimensions so the layout never jumps, and no unnecessary scripts slowing the page down.

The outcome

Casa Linda Vista has a website that does its one job well: it shows the property honestly and attractively, loads fast on hotel-lobby Wi-Fi and mobile data alike, and makes starting a booking conversation easy. It is a good example of how we build for hospitality and other small businesses — a performance-first site in service of a simple business goal, built once, built properly, and easy to keep current.
